Some of my roles included in the Entire Package, include, but are not limited to, the following:
Regular consultations with you throughout the process
Assistance in budget allocations and review
Assistance in creating and documenting the vision for the event
Liaison to vendors and service provider
Supervise and help implement checklists, timelines, and all the little details
Emotional Support throughout process through email and phone availability
Creating and implementing timeline for entire wedding day
Creating and implementing layout for ceremony and reception space
Communicating timeline and layout to vendors
Confirm all vendors 1-2 weeks before wedding date
Ceremony rehearsal coordination the day before the wedding
On-site coordination and supervision during set-up, ceremony, reception, and clean-up
Resolve any problems that may arise the day of the wedding
