Coordinating Services

Coordinating services are perfect if you have taken care of all of the vendor selection, design work and planning. But, when it comes to the day of the event, you want someone else to take over the reins so you can actually enjoy the event. Our basic coordination service includes, but is not limited to:

Pre- Event Services:

  • 2 Pre-event Meetings with your day-of coordinator
  • Day of timeline creation 
  • Site layout assistance
  • 1 final walk through (usually 10-30 days prior to event) to review final details
  • Vendor communication and confirmation 1-2 weeks prior to event
  • Rehearsal coordination (if necessary)

Day Of Services:

  • Point person for all vendor communication
  • Supervision and implementation of all set up needs
  • Supervise and maintain visual aesthetics for the event
  • Maintain schedule and flow throughout the event
  • Manage any problems that may arise throughout the event

Fees for Day of Coordinating Services Start at: $1800

 

Consulting Services

 Consulting services are purely based on your needs. We most often find clients seek consulting services for advice, guidance and reassurance about the direction of the event to tie all loose ends together. Our consulting services are also helpful in dealing with sensitive situations surrounding large events. Common consulting services include, but are not limited to:

  • Checklists, timelines and budget allocations
  • Invitation wording and etiquette
  • Styling and decor ideas as it pertains to tying an overall theme/look/idea together
  • Flow of events
  • Making sure all of the small details have been covered, questions answered, event thoroughly thought through
  • Ceremony wording and creation
  • Unique idea creation to make your event stand out
  • Working through various personal dynamics that arise through planning a special event
  • Vendor suggestions and referrals
  • Reviewing contracts and guidelines of all vendors, venues, and service providers surrounding the event

Fees for Consulting Services are based on blocks of time which will be estimated after an initial meeting. 5 hour blocks are $450; 10 hour blocks are $900; additional time is $100/hour.  

 

Coordinating Services are often combined with Consulting Services. A custom proposal and cost will be created, if you wish to use both services, after an initial meeting with Rachel Lynn Studio.

 

  

Our design and styling services bring your event to life. The aesthetics is major player in making an event or a moment feel a certain way. Through color selection, centerpieces, graphics, lighting and all the small details, we can give your guests an experience they'll never forget. Our design and styling services include, but are not limited to:

  • Color scheme creation
  • Floral design
  • Centerpieces and table decorations
  • Furniture and accessory rental and designation
  • Room layout 
  • Backdrops and focal points
  • Ceremony decor and design
  • Overall theme connection throughout the event

 

Design and Styling fees are based on client needs and specific proposals are created after an initial meeting. The fee is comprised of time spent dedicated to creating and communicating the look, trial runs and final products. Please contact us for more information.
