Full Service Wedding Planning

We believe the wedding planning process should be just as enjoyable as the wedding day! Imagine this...instead of searching and scrolling though 50+ local photographer sites to find the right one, you are given a list of 3 photographers, curated by someone that already knows your style wants, your budget, and has already checked the availability of the photographers. Sound too easy? Good, it's supposed to.

When hiring Rachel Lynn Studio, you're not only hiring us to oversee the execution of the actual wedding day, but to guide and support you through the entire planning process.

Here's how it works:

As soon as we've decided we were meant to be a dream team (signed a contract) RLS gets right to work learning all about you and your story. We're ready to hear all of your wedding ideas- big and small. We allocate budget amounts, start style themes, set initial timelines, and engage the first necessary vendors.

The core planning phase is typically broken into 3-5 big meetings (depending on timing). For each meeting, the RLS team will prepare as much as possible so you can make quick and easy decisions all at once. We bring stationary samples, cake samples, linens, layouts, and more, all to you. In between meetings we provide next-steps, reminders, clarifications, and any other support you may need via phone or email.

Wedding Week

The RLS team handles anything that feels like a task during the wedding week. We put our planning to work, manage all vendors, handle any errands, and execute the wedding weekend you've been imaging, enjoying every minute with your favorite people.

For full planning services, we charge 20% of the total wedding actual costs, with a $10,000 minimum fee. Total fees can be estimated in initial conversations, before a contract and deposit is required. A signed contract and deposit are required prior to the first pre-planning meeting.

We would love to be a part of your special day! Please contact Rachel at rachel@rachellynnstudio.com or 513-476-2435 for more information or to get started planning!
